Our factory has 14 years of experience in developing and producing wind power equipment and temperature balance systems for automation products. The main products are: Cabinet heaters, temperature and humidity controllers, fan filters, cooling fans, etc.
Our factory has passed the ISO9000 certification system, and has R & D department, engineering department, quality department and sales department (domestic and foreign). After entering the wind power industry, all products passed CE certification, and some products passed UL certification. According to the special requirements of the wind power industry, all products have been practically improved to ensure the normal use of the products in offshore wind power and land wind power in high altitude areas. We strive to make higher quality products to serve our customers and solve many practical technical problems for our customers.
Case: At the beginning of 2015, General Electric cooperated with us to develop a cabinet heater project. We hired the best legal team in China to avoid the patent risk of the product, change the product process and redesign the product for the customer according to the agreement requirements of the customer. At the same power, the heating efficiency of our products is increased by 30%, and the heating is more stable. At the same time, we add more stable fixing plates to make the products integrated, and customers can install directly, saving customers′ man-hours. The test results of the product in the wind field are ideal, and have been approved by the US Department of GE Technology. In 2017, our factory officially supplied large quantities to GE′s global factories, and this year we cooperated to develop several other new pulp heaters.
